ActivityPubのインスタンス全部を攻撃されない限り「Fediverseとしては」落ちないけど、個々のユーザーにとっての可用性とは意味が違う、特定のインスタンスを落とされれば当然アクセスできなくなるユーザーはいるから、あまり議論としては意味がないと思う。

Mastodon/MisskeyはSNSサーバーだし、フォローした人の投稿を自分のサーバーに書き込んでしまう仕組みなのでそこのメンテナンスをしなければいけないという問題がある。だから広報目的であればブログサーバーからActivityPubで流せるようにするのが現実的？

いずれにしても、企業目線で中央集権型SNSと勝手が違うところは自社でメンテナンスをしなければならず、通常SNSの運用を担うマーケティングスタッフのほかに技術スタッフも確保しておかなければならない点か。

あくまで丼やらmisskeyやらはActivityPubを用いたSNSサーバーソフトウェアというだけで別に全然SNSしてないAPソフトウェアあるもんな…

例えば企業や大学のサーバーでActivityPubのインスタンスを立てるとした場合、他サーバーをフォローすればそのサーバーからの投稿が書き込まれることになるし、日本ではダイレクトメッセージの機能は通信の秘密の保護を要する電気通信事業に該当するという法解釈なので、そのあたりで開設が難しいという可能性は考慮されて然るべきかと

ActivityPubで繋がったFediverseを一体の空間として見るのは正しいんだけど、個々のサーバーのモデレーターが権力を持っているし、そのモデレーターはサーバー所在国の法令を遵守する必要がある。
モデレーターのやり方が気に入らなければ他のサーバーに移る自由はあるし、多くの場合は移った後も同じ人とコミュニケーションを取ることはできるけど、移る前に投稿した内容は一般的には保全されない。
という事実を忘れてはならないのです

恐らく外部ツールで開発されたこの方はすばらしいとは思うんですけども
ぶるすこ君本体に
「ActivityPub喋る」
「こっちのCWをCWとして認識する」
を期待する日々なんですよ

（そういう方針じゃないからといわれればそれまでなんですけど
　ブリッジに頼らずフェデレーションして自分も外部に頼らず伏字で喋れてfediverseのContentsWarningも認識する、
　そんなぶるすこ君になってくれたら僕はうれしい、という話）
